We are offering PR-O1 and PR-O2 which are liner less twin arch rail clips which provides high resilience and higher toe load than conventional ERCs. Also in the offering is PR-90 which is a threaded fastening system suited for direct load transfer.
SCERP is a composite pad which consists of perforated steel plate with wavy / corrugated / cup profile embedded in rubber pad / elastomer. SCERP is compatible with any type of threaded / threadless or direct / indirect fastening systems.
PR3000 fastening system is superior to existence thread less direct fastening system in terms of better resilience, desired toe load and ease of installation. PR3000 is combination of PR-90 clip and SCERP with subsidiary components such as ALP, Cab washer etc.
PR Extra-Wide PSC Sleeper is sleeper innovation which in addition to the load distribution function also helps in low vibration values, increased maintenance cycle intervals which results in prolonged track life.
Precast-Universal-Resilient-Removable Track Plates is a Ballast less track structure which includes a series of track plates interlocked together and formed track panel of sufficient length. It is a “ballast less track of elastically supported Pre-cast modular track slab plates, which are universal i.e. suitable for straight and curves
Primerail Infralabs, India is developing TieTran ROVE solution to expedite Autonomous vehicles deployment for on-demand in-campus and last-mile transit. Solar Powered Electric Robotic Vehicles (ROVEs) moves in a Spaceframe tube over guides in a secured environment. It is conducting trials over 430m length with three boarding/de-boarding points test facility at Bangalore, India.Roves& autonomous control systems are undergoing safety and reliability tests.
