Pune Metro Phase 1 and 2 (26 km): The project includes Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Standard Gauge Ballasted Track in Range Hill Depot and Ballastless Track for the Elevated Section of Reach-1 (Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) to Range Hill) of Pune Metro Rail Project. - Review of Alignment and Best-Fit Alignment design of Vertical & Horizontal Alignment for both up and down lines with design speed of 90kmph.
- Design for Ballastless Track of 16t axle loading for straight, mild and sharp curves, check rail assembly, ballast-less turnouts track slab designs, constructions reference drawings, as-built drawings and rail interaction studies.
- Design for Ballasted Track including special track forms in Range Hill Depot.
