PR2000 is thread less fastening system for ballasted tracks, PR-O1 clip is installed in this system with narrow liner cum insulator. Smaller area of contact of liner with rail reduces the rail foot corrosion.
Clip walkout is avoided by providing a lock at central leg with insert, combination of SCERP, PR-O1 clip provides improved resilience and required toe load.
